Risk Disclosure
Risk Disclosure.
A direct summary of the risks that come with trading and with relying on market analysis. Read it before you act, not after a position moves against you.
Trading carries a high level of risk. You may lose some or all of the money you invest. Krelix Barden does not guarantee a return, does not provide personal financial advice and does not hold or manage your funds.
1. High Risk Warning
The value of an investment can fall as well as rise. You may get back less than you put in, and you may lose the entire amount. Do not invest money that you need for essential expenses or money that you have borrowed.
2. Market And Capital Risk
Market prices are affected by many factors, including economic data, company results, interest rates, political events and sudden changes in sentiment. These factors can move a market quickly and without warning. A broad decline can affect several positions at the same time.
Capital risk is the risk that the money you commit is reduced or lost. It is the most important risk to understand before you consider any possible return.
3. Leverage Risk
Some trading products use leverage, which means you control a position larger than the amount you deposit. Leverage can increase a gain, but it also increases a loss. A small adverse move can erase your deposit and, depending on the provider and the product, create a liability beyond it. Read the provider’s product terms before using leverage.
4. Analysis And Technology Risk
Market analysis, including analysis assisted by artificial intelligence, is based on historical data and assumptions about the future. It can be wrong, incomplete or based on data that is delayed. A pattern that looked reliable in the past may fail in a new market.
Technology can also fail. A website, data feed or order system may be unavailable or produce an error. Do not treat an analysis tool as a guarantee of accuracy or as a substitute for your own judgement.
5. Provider And Third Party Risk
Krelix Barden does not hold your money or execute trades. If you use a broker or another provider, your funds and orders are handled under that provider’s terms. A provider may fail, change its fees, restrict withdrawals or become unavailable. Check its licence, safeguards and complaint process before you use it.
6. No Personal Advice
Krelix Barden provides general information and analysis. It does not know your full financial situation and does not provide personal financial advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation that a product is suitable for you.
7. Past Performance
Past performance and historical patterns do not predict future results. A chart that looks strong over one period can look very different over another. Be cautious with a claim based only on past results, especially when the period is short.
8. Suitability And Affordability
Before you trade, consider your income, savings, debts, dependants and how a loss would affect your life. If losing the money would affect your rent, food, medical care or essential bills, do not invest it.
9. Seek Independent Advice
If you need advice about your personal circumstances, speak to an independent financial adviser who is licensed to provide it in your country. Krelix Barden cannot perform that role and does not present itself as doing so.
